Highways and Transport

Burroughs has been involved in the highways and transportation sector since its inception and has experience in all aspects of the industry. Whether the project is realising the development potential for a site, a minor private access or kilometres of public highway, we have the knowledge and understanding of the relevant design best practices, standards and statutory approvals in order to deliver success.

Over the years, we have designed public highways, transportation hubs, refurbishments of large areas of urban landscaping, access and haul roads, yards and aprons, rail design and inspection, with our involvement being from inception to conclusion; supporting local and national government in the conceptual stages and detailed design and contractors through ECI, tender, value engineering and construction.
