Burroughs’ were appointed by a funding bank to act as Cost Advisors to assist the LPA receiver following the liquidation of the developer on two development sites in the prestigious area of Poole Harbour.

Burroughs carried out a detailed survey of the existing part completed construction, together with an analysis of the current Planning and Building Regulation status. A detailed schedule of works was produced, and a replacement Developer appointed to complete one of the projects.
