Burroughs were appointed as structural engineer for a project to construct a bespoke and specialist Dental Referral Unit at SA1 Swansea Waterfront, that undertakes all types of surgical and restorative dentistry.

The three-storey building was designed as a concrete framed structure. Burroughs used the latest structural modelling, design and analysis software, which enabled quick and effective development of CAD drawings.
